COVID-19 update: To our valued patients, Step Into Health Care as a low volume clinic is operating with business as usual. This means we’re taking extra cleaning precautions in addition to our already high standards of hygiene. We already wash our hands between patients and now ask our patients to do the same upon arrival to the clinic or use hand sanitiser. To ensure the well being of our patients and team, any unwell practitioners will be staying at home. In turn we ask our patients to do the same, if you are unwell, have flu like symptoms, have had close contact with a diagnosed case, awaiting a COVID test result, or have travelled overseas or into high areas of confirmed COVID-19 concentrations, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment or tell staff immediately upon arrival at the clinic as we reserve the right to reschedule or refuse treatment.
Our hygiene precautions include: screening for health and travel symptoms on arrival. Requesting patients to wash their hands on arrival or use sanitser. Use your own pen to sign receipts where possible, only the practitioner using their room that day touches the door handle, practitioners will wash their hands between patients and during remaking of the table linens. Treatment tables are cleaned between each use. Patients swipe their own private health card and tap without touching for the gap fee. All surfaces are regularly disinfected across the clinic and common building areas including door handles, light switches, desk surfaces, phones, EFTPOS terminals, tap handles, computer keyboards and sanitiser bottle push pack spouts. PILATES MATS are disinfected after each use.
